Coil over - low if you want it all the way down on coil overs though may need to get arches rolled , mine is about the right hight other wise will run on the front untill get them rolled too :X

im down 45 ish which on the rear look fine but the front needs droppin a tad more. dunno how clear this is on my profile pic

arms feel like jelly.. rear axle bushes are a pig of a job. so glad ive got poly bushes now ha! even though they came out far easier than expected, still knackered :P

yeah, 60 is just a bit much if you have a splitter lol.
Im running -35's on the ST soon and wondering if i should put my FRS splitter on or not

Well I'll let you know how close my splitter is but you should be able to fit the frs splitter with 35mm springs (Y)

Aye it fits ok, its more me driving over bumps and up to curbs with both on and forgetting LOL!
We will see if i cba drilling my bumper :)
