Annoyed is not the word. Insurance brokers have cancelled my insurance as they wanted me send them my no claims so I've asked admiral for it came friday and then got cancellation Saturday??? They said they cancelled as they couldnt get in touch to make sure I'm still sending it them??? Yet no phone calls to my mobile or house phone even tho they have it. They said we emailed you??? Even tho my preferred contact details states by phone. And now they want me pay £500 in cancellation fee...
