Found out today maybe the only way to turn the airbag light off after fitting buckets is to disconnect the whole airbag system :/

Thinking about it, I don't think you can remove the airbag system to remove the light anyway. The ECU will be expecting all sorts of connections to airbags and tensioners.. it's only going to keep the light on? I don't think you can program the airbags and airbag lights off completely.

A simple loop back on the passenger seat section would solve the light issue.

hmmm I dont have a clue about it so im leaving it upto them lol theyv not done a facelift mk6 before theyv only done and I quote "**** cars" before and to be fair theres probably not many folk wanting bucket seats in modern cars unless its for the track but ahh well il just need to wait n see n hopfully itl get sorted :/
