Main focus this year is definitely gonna be power. A chav in some rapid corsa just wiped the floor with me and we can't be having that!

Yep not a chance matey. My mate has a corsa be pushing 280bhp and tbh it looks bogo standard other than compomotive alloys and cream leather interior yet try keep up with it. It looses me it 2nd gear.

Just got a quote on an '11 E90 318i and it's cheaper than my ZS! I know what my next car is going to be now! :)

hmm, id hardly say that..but they are notably better suited to the heavy car.
Id personally look at minimum 323 for petrol, 320d for derv.
