got some mk3.5 runners off ebay :-) Pity that the recaros came out of an Izuzu Trooper, not a ford rs so having to get new frames fabricated to fit the runners! Be worth it in the end, and the last thing to do. :-) changed the lower black grill to an aluminium one and fitted a seat cupra splitter.. love the look of the front end now :-) will take some final pics and post them over the next few days...

down the local big scrappy earlier to hunt some mk3.5 subframes for my recaros and was told they didn't have ANY mk3/3.5 fiestas!!

mk3's are really impossible to find. at one point i even considered buying a whole set of seats just for frames :P

repainted and lacquered the blue on steering wheel today.. looks a lot better! .... Picking up some Recaro fishnets Tuesday evening.. mk3.5 subframes to find to fit them..

new clutch, slave cylinder, cambelt and tensioner, water pump fitted.. £360 all in.. Handy having a ford mechanic mate!!
